Bold & Bright Palette

collage (8)Korean Soybean milk noodle Soup

Most people are unfamiliar with this dish. If you google “Soybean soup” you would get lots of images showing you “Dwenjang Jjigae” which is a type of stew made with fermented soybean paste, also known as “Dwenjang” in Korean.

However, this dish isn’t made with Dwenjang, but soybean and pine nuts. Obviously, no time to boil and puree some beans so I got the instant powder version which is equally good! Just mix powder + water, add in boiled noodles, garnish with any meat and vegetable of choice, EAT!

Super nutritious, super pretty.

Jade Green – Taiwanese bowl

Pale Yellow – Korean Soy bean Soup

Bright Red – Fresh tomatoes

Shy Pink – Crab stick

Sunny Gold – Egg yolk
